Winners selected in Call for Innovation on ASR and Sentiment Analysis

Automatic Speech Recognition and Sentiment Analysis enable further professionalization in call centers. However, previous development has largely focused on the most widespread languages.

To test the maturity of existent solutions for Swiss French and Flemish, Swisscom and Proximus initiated a Call for Innovation in spring 2018.

A two-stepped approach consisting of a pre- and live-challenge helped the expert jury to select the best partners for a future Proof-of-Concept among over 15 applicants from 7 countries.


The winners are:

Swisscom: Bumicom (Nexidia) and Recapp/IDIAP
